*How to place order?

Please follow the steps below :

1) Browse you preferred decoration ideas /package in our landing page

2) Fill up the Google form (customer can tick the package/ products listed in Google form)

3) Our team will calculate the price and issued a quotation for your review through Whatsapp

4) Discuss and confirm the order

5) Complete the payment

That’s it, you are done!!

*Do you have some unique party decoration options?

Yes we do, you can upgrade your package with renting our Premium Acessories (available for selected area only).

*Could I get free delivery?

1) Free delivery to Mualim Perak area (selected area), depends on the venue distance.

2) Online purchase - Free delivery fee for orders above RM250.

*What kind of delivery options?

1) Visit our shop for self pick up.

2) We will pack the items and courier to you.

*What payment method is acceptable?

We accept payment via Cash, Credit Card and Online Transfer.

*Additional party accessories renting time & deposit

After party ended, our team will come over to collect the necessary decoration item (Backdrop / Party Tent / Furniture / Kids rider & etc.) Deposit will be collected for the renting of our premium accessories, and it will be returned to customer once our team confirm there's no any damage occurred. (the deposit will be forfeited if the rented item damage/ not functioning / broken)

*Props Collection Time

Our team will come and collect the prop on the next day of party date, please contact our team for the available time.

*Can I Change My Order Details?

For any changes on delivery address or wordings, you may WhatsApp us directly. Cancel order and changes to order details can only be made up until one (1) working day before the collection date for self-pick up and one (1) working day before the shipment date for courier (normally will ship out the parcel within 2 days once order confirmed).

*Why Do My Balloons Burst?

Bursting may be caused by many factors such as static electricity brought about by changing weather conditions, or may occur under extreme heat, rapid weather changes, or caught by something sharp. Hence,we unable to guarantee that every balloon will remain intact for the duration of the event.
